I have always been very happy with your service until my last order. I had a message saying "whoops we are having trouble with your order". so realized it had not gone through. I have emailed you about 5 times and still not received a reply. When my card statement came through you had taken the money for the order which was never delivered. I feel it is very bad that you now do not have a telephone number to use in cases ike this. I am very sorry that I feel so let down as before this happened it had been a very good service.
