Will not answer e-mails

Sent 2 e-mails none answered had to phone to get info on my order.Not good enough

Your first email was sent on Sunday, which we updated your order on Monday the first working day after the email, we updated the order to let you know the order would be delivered on Wednesday. You should have received an email link to your account where the info was to view. Your second mail at 19:40hrs on Monday was unfortunately not replied to as the carrier had already emailed you to instruct you that the delivery was to be made the next day. We are unsure if you have either not received the email links from ourselves and carriers, or simply took them as spam emails, as you were acknowledged at this end and info made available.
Unfortunately emails out of hours are not answered,but we do endeavour to communicate the best we can, sorry you feel that our service has not been 5 star.
