Thank you for your comments, although I have to say I was very suprised to read them and to hear that you couldn't get through to our offices. Furthermore, I'm not sure how you managed to find our telephone lines constantly engaged?

We take customer service and after sales service extremely seriously, and never before have we received a review describing what you claim to have encountered.

This is probably because if or when all of our telephone lines are busy, customers are always met with an automated message which invites them to leave their details and the promise of a return call within 5-10 minutes..... In fact because of the way in which our telephone systems are set up, it's simply not possible for a caller to hear an engaged tone as you describe when contacting our offices!

Are you sure that you are not confusing us with another supplier....
