Disappointed
Placed my order on friday and paid fir next day delivery and didn't receive my order. If next day delivery has conditions then let the customers know. It's so disappointing having paid for next day delivery and the order does not turn up! Wonder if i'll get a refund fir the next day postage fee i paid since my order wasn't delivered as expected!

Disgusting Service
Order not received after a week. Why should I give you a star? For poor service, hell no. Poor, poor, poor service. Will never ever again shop at very. I'm done heard enough of calling trying to get some information about my order all I got was being driven from one dead end to another!

It is stated on our delivery information page that Next Day Delivery orders will be delivered the next working day, provided the order is placed before 4pm UK time and all items are in stock. Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
