Never use city link they are crap

City link are the worst company ever I will never use them ! I have been on the phone 3 times this week I bought an item and the sender used this so called company they tried to deliver my parcel as I work full time I left a note on the door to leave it with a neighbour ! I was told on the phone that that its not company policy to do that ! So after contacting the sender to rearrange deliver and the instructions to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place guess what the useless driver didn't do this even thou I had left another note on the door ! So I have rung the company city link again I was told I needed to contact the seller again so I have done this . I could of gone to pick my parcel up but the address is wrong the depot is in Bangor ???? But it's not it is in Anglesey which is quite a few miles away from Bangor so this so called company can't even get that's right !!!
