Normally people put pen to paper when they've had issues - which is good. Not many put pen to paper when things have been excellent.
I was told one of my items would be have to await delivery as it wasn't yet in stock - fair enough. I was emailed twice to reaffirm this and if I wanted I could cancel.
The item was shipped earlier than they first thought and I was informed of the date and time - within an hour of when I could expect it.
