Missing items and poor response

Purchased outdoor chicken feeder off ebay listed as being supplied with integral rain cover but when item arrives no cover included so item unusable.

When I email them I'm told they're out of stock and they give no indication of when they will be so if they weren't available why wasn't the item listed on ebay highlighting this and I could have bought elsewhere???

Have sent follow up email asking for firm delivery time of missing item or they can collect the feeder which so far they have chosen to ignore so no having to open a dispute case via ebay.

My advise...buy elsewhere !
