What a great experience!

Edge and Wax really get customer service. The web site is a doddle to use. I then needed to ring up to organise delivery for a specific day. The phone was answered straight away and the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Even when I rang up on the delivery day to ask when the skis might arrive, the lady I spoke to was very willing and quick to help out and let me know that the van was already in the area and that I didn't have long to wait. All of this experience is so unusual, and I was thrilled. The skis arrived in great condition and, of course, I LOVE them, because they are beautiful, but even more so because Edge and Wax helped to make purchasing them such a smooth and straightforward job. Well done guys, you've got it sussed. I will absolutely use you again.
