Outstanding Customer Service.

I was looking for a specific pushchair in a specific colour. Lots of website showed out of stock and Pramworld and others were taking advanced orders. I wanted to be certain they would be able to supply. My alternative was to buy one elsewhere at a much higher price. The model was about to be delisted in the colour I wanted. I fired off an email and got a quick reply from David even though it was after office hours. An email conversation went back and forth between us. He then emailed me next day just to let me know he was still onto my query but was still waiting for an answer from the supplier. Next day an email to say yes I could have the one I wanted - however it came as a system with a carry cot which I didn't want. A quick check with the boss I assume and he emailed me back and said I could have it without the carry cot. Hurrah! A member of staff phoned me next morning as arranged and took payment by card. They phoned me to let me know it had arrived and arranged delivery for when I would be at home to receive it and it arrived bang on time. I was so impressed with David's customer service and the experience as a whole it's a pleasure to leave this review. I can't wait for my Grandson to arrive so I can give the pushchair a test drive.
