Probably does what it says on the tin about 60% of the time, which is unacceptable for a business. Often they don't arrive, sometimes for many days, i've even had them take 2 parcels to the opposite addresses, my business has a reputation for delays and i would blame it on interparcel, who knows how many people have gone elsewhere. I've never been offered anything to compensate me for their problems, very rarely get refunds, rarely get apologies. I'm not using them any more i'm going straight to the couriers.
