I ordered a car seat on 28th December 2012 with an expected delivery date of 8th January 2013. Despite chasing, it had still not arrived today (1st Feb 2013). I have cancelled the order and received assurances that I will get my refund (the money was taken pretty much as soon as I placed the order) in 3-5 days. Here's hoping, but I'm not holding my breath. Would not recommend this site to anyone. A friend of mine ordered on the same day. She got her seat a week or so ago, but it was damaged. She sent it back, but has yet to receive the promised replacement.
