Ordered a camera which was promised delivery between the 2nd and 4th Feb. I am going on safari on the 6th Feb so perfect timing, or so I thought. I now find out that it will not be delivered until after the 6th.
I tried to cancel the order but was met with a rather rude customer service agent, unsympathetic, didn't care that nobody would even be there to sign for the package. I have now got to buy another camera and deal with the fallout from DigitalRev when I get back. I dread to think where the camera will be and where I will have to return it to in order to get my refund. Not happy.
