Poor communication, broken promises

It took the company four weeks to deliver my order with no mention from them that it would be delayed. There was nothing saying the case I wanted was back ordered when I made my purchase. I had to email after two weeks of no case in the mail to find out where it was. They said at that point it would be another two weeks. I get an email this week talking up their speedy delivery... Right. Great product, just wish they could get their act together.
