How to make a simple birthday present memorable.

Purchasing these joint plots was an exercise in patience. I had some initial problems with the web site, Dropping out was one of them, but the main was was that trying to input my information meant that the shopping cart screen dropped out whenever I tried to change the purchase details.
The good thing was that emailing the sales email address meant that I was treated very well, Every effort was made by them to assist with the problems. I was very happy with the completion, even though my bank a/c was charged twice, the credit was very swiftly refunded.

I feel that the website might need a little tweaking to ensure similar problems do not continue. I will also happily recommend the business to friends as I believe that I was given every assistance possible.
