Customer service not good

I paid £5.99 for next day delivery as I wanted an item quickly, I received the item to open it and find that it looked like it had been driven over by a car as it had black marks all over it, I had to returned it. They refused to refund my next day delivery costs and I returned the item about 3 weeks ago and still waiting for refund!!!! Poor service avoid unless it's something that looks amazing!

Delivery was speedy....item is brilliant, can't get my son out of it...free footstool to match is a real bonus!!
