I'M NOT SATISFIED! I ORDERED A PAIR OF RAM MODULES - FIRST I GOT A PAIR, BUT ONE WAS FAULTY - SEND IT BACK AND GOT A REPLACEMENT MODULE - BUT IT WAS ALSO FAULTY!!!! SEND IT BACK AND GOT ANOTHER BRAND THIS TIME. SO I HAVE NOT RECIEVED WHAT I ORDERED - A PAIR! AND IT HAS TAKEN ALLMOST 2 MONTH SOFAR. I CAN ONLY ADVICE OTHERS TO SHOP ELSEWHERE.
The WebShop is good, but if you are an EU citizen and so unlucky to recieve a faulty RAM module like me, it is too expensive to shop at MrMemory. I had to pay 3,5£ to have it send to me and another 3,5£ to send the faulty one back - so in total 7£ more than an UK citizen have to pay for excactly the same.

As a gesture of goodwill I have authorised to refund the initial delivery charge of your order upon receipt of the faulty module, and we will obviously be dispatching the replacement module free of charge as well.
