We ordered the boiler on the Friday afternoon, naturally it was a stressfull time, we had been without heat or hot water for a week already. The boiler arrived Tuesday morning. We were not in but left a note for the carrier with a request to leave the item with a neighbour, which he did. He also left a note saying what he had done and a phone message wishing us luck. So the whole experience was a very good one. I would definatley recommend Plumnation. Thank you
