Give themselves 4.5 out of 5 on their website, on other review sites theyre lucky to get 1 out of 5.I ordered flowers for a friend at Xmas. Order was confirmed on 21/12. Got email on 22/12 to say they didn't know what flowers i wanted. Emailed straight away, tried a number of times, the site wouldnt send the emails. Got email to say they hadnt received any answer and cancelled the order! Emailed 12 times to try and sort this out, got confirmation of my emails but no response from customer service. A week later they emailed to say they had never had any correspondence from me! Whole experience left the recipient and myself upset, frustrated and extremely angry. No response, no apology and no manners. Then they had the cheek to write to me as a valued customer and want me to review and spread the word on 2 other sites!!!!!!! Well, i'm glad they did.
