Over xmas i ordered an a product for a gift twice the wrong thing totally my fault a sat nav that was for a car not a motor bike they let me return twice the money was back in my account within two days each time and they kept me informed by email i did get the right product in the end after asking someone for advice and got a free upgrade as well from the company really friendly as well on the emails they sent me as it was me that kept getting it wrong
