I sent my Blackberry Torch 9800 ( In near perfect condition) only to get offered £26 for my handset rather than the original £72 offer- their excuse was excessive wear. They then charged me £9 to have the pleasure of my handset being returned to me- and it took the 10 days to do so!
I have emailed them twice now trying to get a refund of postage and some kind of explanation for their actions but they haven't even bothered emailing me back. Don't use them.... use mazumba!

normally the team would have tried to have resolved any such issues with you directly to find a resolution to the issue. In this instance I can see that the phone has simply been returned.
Very sorry about this as normally any issues can be resolved at first line with the customer services team.
