Great products - poor delivery service.
I was very pleased with the magnets - and the speed of their dispatch. Unfortunately, the delivery service was not at all good.
I had to take my wife for a medical appointment during the promised hour of delivery. At my request, a neighbour changed her plans and agreed to stay at home to accept the delivery; I put a large notice on my front door giving her name and address - the notice also said that she lived a few paces away, immediately across the road.
On my return, I found a message from the delivery company saying that no one had been available to receive the goods - which, evidently, was not true - and offering alternatives. The following day, the goods were delivered, at the time that had been agreed. The delivery man said he was not the one who had come the previous day - which, in the circumstances, was his good fortune.
