Having had bad experiences with DPD before I was nervous when my phone company advised that is who was delivering my new phone. I missed the delivery slot on the appointed day and received a delivery card at my door (so far so good). I went on line to rearrange delivery and arranged a day off work. I received a garbled message from a blocked number (this is why I didn't pick up) advising they could not find my address- strange as the delivery card had been posted at my door!! The message left no number to contact and the website was far from easy when it came to finding a number. I eventually got through to customer services. I can't really say the lady was rude as she just ignored any comment I made!! She did however advise it was a different delivery man, when I asked why he hadn't called the depot for for directions I was ignored. I told as it was only 20 minutes ago the driver must still be close and if he called I would give him directions. That was 10.30 yesterday I am still waiting! I am beyond frustrated this is not the first issue I have had with DPD and wonder what there customer care policy is? Is there a obmundsman that governs them??
