I pre-ordered a special edition of a game which cost £80. I was disappointed to find that there was damage to the item obviously caused by the warehouse because it was packaged well inside an intact cardboard box. Very disappointed however Shopto didn't appear to have any solution that I was satisfied with, so I just kept the item in the end.
