I wanted to order extra memory for my PC. Found the ones I wanted with no problem, completed the process, or so I thought, but for some reason I thought that it hadn't gone through. Redid the order, only to find that the first one had been completed (I hadn't spotted the confirmation mail.)
I phoned on the number provided, 10pm, so no one there. Left a message re what I had done. Asked for one order to be cancelled. 9.30am next day received a call from a very nice lady, who listened to my problem. She didn't say I was an idiot ( which I felt), but said straight away no problem. Received an email within 30 mins confirming cancellation of one order, plus another confirming postage of one order. Memory arrived two days later. Problem sorted. Great customer service. Well done Mr. M
