Zero communication,non courteous call,full of excuses,very poor service,never again.

Wanted to give local dealer business instead of any online dealer but never again,let me down badly in every way,embarrassing! how can companies treat customers with pish service like this and hope remain in business.Bring on amazon.:)

Hi Mr Gilchrist,

We did send an email on the day of the free delivery to say we were out of stock of the item and they would be in the following week or we could refund in full.

We did not hear back and you spoke to Jamie about this and we were to call you when they come back in stock but this has not yet happened but still due in early this week.
