I recently brought a pack of 2 keys especially for my mother-in-laws Worcester Bosch boiler. I searched on plumbnation to find the part I required and then placed the order, of what I thought was correct.
When it arrived, it wasnt the correct part and even though I could return the part, by courier (which I found expensive) I was then told by a customer service advisor that upon their receipt of the part they would only reimburse me the cost of the courier and not £18.99 for the part.
I was apalled when I received my email stating that. I find that outrageous not getting a refund. The email said that "its the customers responsbility for the purchase" . What happened to the "Consumer Rights" !!!!
I will not be ordering from plumbnation again, neither will I ever recommend them to anyone.
