Avoid this business - and the shop at all costs !

Went to this shop yesterday 1st Feb 2013 after a long trip from Oxford to pick up a Digitech 11 rack (nice piece of kit as you are asking) I am disabled so my kind carer Katy went into the shop. Met with a scumbag that insisted she leave as quickly as possible (it was 5.15pm when we arrived) as he "had to pick his kid up" Refused to give her a receipt as he said legally he didnt need to as it was a cash sale.Wouldnt help her take the box to my car (fifteen yards) and acted like a bully all the way through the episode. Well he was dealing with a girl so maybe thats how he gets his kicks? My name is Peter Sanford I play, write and record for a living so I buy a lot of gear for me and for other studios. This donut will ensure I NEVER buy from there again. If you can go ANYWHERE else to buy your gear go there instead. GAK will go bust at some point because all companies that grow that big but hate their customers always go bust.
