Excellent customer service

I ordered a heater panel that arrived damaged despite adequate packaging. I emailed my complaint and within 48 hours had a full refund - no quibble, no fuss and a full apology. The delivery was superb a text 48hrs ahead to say day of delivery and a text ten minutes before delivery giving a time slot of about an hour ahead - it arrived early.
These people care about their customer service - well done!
