Great price, not user friendly

Great setup, enter your details etc all done easy as pie. But, and this is a biggie, I put my age in as it was not two days after my birthday and the website was convinced I was lying, wouldn't let me move on to the next section. I tried five times and eventually submitted that I was 30 when I'm actually 31. 'What are you whining about?' You all say? Well when it comes to insurance, lets face it, any excuse not to pay out. I'm now in aus and wonder if I'm actually covered or not etc... Good site but update your servers for goodness sakes!!!
