I've ordered the Recaro Young Sport car seat for our little one because they had the old model in the sale and I couldn't really justify spending an extra £40 just to get the 2013 edition. Anyway, 2 days after ordering I received an email from customer services and they found their last few sale items were damaged so they upgraded me to the 2013 model instead and at no extra cost. I was thrilled - that's what I call simply outstanding customer service!!! Well done and I will definitely purchase from them again.
