Took 3 days to get back to me.

I purchased a pair of shoes and bought the wrong size. I emailed them about an hour after my purchase. They didn't respond to me until 3 days later saying it was too late, 2 hours later they sent me a tracking number. Also it was $30 to ship the shoes to the US so I can't return them. FAIL.
