Purchased a few dvds from them. They used to address most issues but it seems now they just can't bother anymore - received one dvd case without dvd yet multiple emails remain ignored. Another dvd was delivered in the wrong case and another one is totally unplayable and another one came with a photocopied sleeve.
These things can happen, nobody's perfect, but the least I would expect is a reply to my emails. BTW, not sure if you can remove the review (in case they bother to reply) but should they do I will certainly either remove this review or add a comment pointing out that they did resolve the issues.
A few month ago I purchased for the first time a movie from Blockbusters.co.uk. Instead of the Bluray ordered, they sent me the dvd, which other retailers had available at a third of their price. I sent the dvd back using the returns label included in the envelope. No refund was made, and when I eventually phoned them on their national phone line (neither the accompanying paperwork for the dvd nor their website provided an email adress for customer service) they claimed that they were going to verify that the dvd was received back and refund me, or at leasr call me back. That was a month ago, and no refund was made, they did not even bother to get back in touch with me. Rather then order with this bunch of thieves better throw your money out of the window, it gives less grief!
