Unable to contact Customer Service, and they don't arrange delivery when requested
Good range, good prices, appalling customer service!
Apart from one initial email reply, promising to ship the order, haven't had a reply to 5 emails since, and the order is still shown as "in warehouse" :-(
No telephone number available to talk to someone "our customer service team don't have telephones so we can handle emails quickly and efficiently" - er, it's not working like that though!
Kind of worrying when an internet company takes your money up front (8th March), and the goods are still sitting in the warehouse at 9pm on 12th.

Quick and Easy to use
Simple booking process online, hotel voucher received by emails and they provide clear telephone and mail contact details should you have a problem (which I didn't!).
