I ordered 3 cake stands for an afternoon tea launch I had organised at a restaurant. They arrived promptly enough, although all three were smashed. The packaging was poor by comparison to the packaging received from other suppliers. The customer service rep told me the stands were now out of stock so I would have to be refunded. I note 2 of the cake stands I ordered were from dot.com gift shop. I called them, they had them in stock and received them the next day. A good customer service operator would have done this for me given they are one of your suppliers.
Most frustratingly I am yet to get my refund, despite asking for an immediate refund and not getting a reply to my email. Am I annoyed - hell yes.
