Well informed!

I wanted to treat my girlfriend and a friend, for a Christmas pesent, to see Peter Andre in Brighton, but when I went to the Brighton Centre to book it, I was annoyed, to find , ticket sales had been going on for months, and tickets, were very few now!, which annoyed me!

In desperation, I looked on line!

I first looked at Ticket Master, and then found the Viagogo web site! I found three tickets, and was very anxious, as I always, wondered, (as a lot of people would), if these tickets were koche? I booked these tickets, and my fears were unfounded!

The concert, was sadly cancelled as Peter Andre's, ill brother, sadly passed away.

However. this concert was rebooked for February 2013!

I was panicking when I heard, but Viagogo, kept me informed via the Internet, phone and text messages, phone and e-mails of the situation!

On the day of the concert, I received a further e-mail from viagogo, to wish us a good time at the event!

I was very impressed with this service and felt my fears were unfounded as Viagogo, kept me fully informed!

I hope that this wasn't just a one off, as this kind of service now-a-days, is rare!
