My wife and I have excercised routinely adjusted our food and type of food we ate for about two and half months. Only to teter totter back and forth with the weight and inches moving up an down. We were looking for a breakthrough for something to keep,our weight and inches in check. We tried several herbal diet remedies and then my wife came across "Pure Health" we did our homework and decided to try it. For a month now, I have been able to maintain my desired weight her's too the inches are staying in check and wearing clothes that have been too uncomfortable. Because of the winter weather I have not been able to work out as I would like compound that with the annoying flu. With that said, we both have lost a pound and half each and inches with the flu.
