This is the letter I took the time to write to Moo after my first experience with them yesterday.....
I just wanted to take the time to say thank you for my cards, and while there was a fumble in the order(card holder missing), I can tell you that I was immensely impressed by your total quality attention.
Even the customer service agent on the phone was amazingly friendly and diffused the problem (i needed the card holder for thus morning ... for an important career fair).
Being a former business owner and a 3rd year Supply Chain Management student, I can say that everything from product value, online design, packaging, lead times, and customer service was exemplary. Most importantly, I thought that the cards were beautiful and looked professional. My only fault was that I didn't order personal cards for my wife and I (as a household).
I really found the entire process effortless and enjoyed the experience. I have actually repackaged everything in the box, from the ribbon to the presentation of the cards so that I can show it to my professor and peers in my Quality Mangement class on Tuesday morning.
Thank you for reminding me that quality and customer service still exists as such a fantastic level.
