I purchased an item (on behalf of a charity) from this company believing what they had written on their website about customer service, the customer service experience and wanting customers to be totally satisfied. My advice is DON'T BUY SEASONAL GOODS TOO EARLY (End of November). Within TWO days of me receiving my order they had reduced the price by £50. Yes £50!!!! When I asked if we could come to some consideration as it seemed 'silly to return the goods and re-order them at the reduced price' this company became faceless. Emails were 'lost' and those I received no longer had a name. I left a question and to date have never received a reply. I was told that 'fluctuations' are to be expected at this time of year. Do you think £50 is a fluctuation? Disappointed,cheated and ripped off BIG STYLE just doesn't describe how I feel especially on behalf of a charity. I think as long as you don't have a problem this company seem OK, however if you have a problem, they really don't want to know. Issue still not resolved and they don't seem to give a damn. Be a savvy shopper. Keep an eye on the reductions before/if you make a purchase. Customer satisfaction is a BIG FAT ZERO.
