I found the products I wanted very easily on the website, placed and paid for my order there and then. I had confirmation my order had been received, processed and dispatched within a day or so. I received my order within 3 days of ordering, fantastic!
Chose my product on line and then ordered it. All done without any issue. Then received an email about delivery telling me where my delivery was at any given time. Then I get an email and text telling me the hour in which my item will be delivered on the day. Very excited I wait in the house so guess my surprise when the next email and text tells me they couldn't deliver the item as no one was at home! Liars! So I phone mail order explain my surprise, they chase the delivery company (after telling me the proof the delivery man had called was that the house has a white door, mine doesnt) The delivery man then calls me telling me he can't find the house (remember he has already said no one was at home, now he can't find my house) my only option was to get in my car and drive to meet him or no delivery. Ridiculous! I paid to deliver my own item and to have the pleasure of a delivery man lie about me not being at home. I then put a complaint in to Ellis Brigham after 3 emails I still have not had a response as to why this appalling service happened. I assume they don't care and it is usual service for them. This is why I am taking every opportunity on as many customer websites etc to alert people to how rubbish Ellis Brigham service is.
