absolute disgrace!

This company is an absolute disgrace! I was offered a price for a blackberry 9320, but when they recieved the phone they reduced it significantly due to "substantial cosmetic damage" the phone had been used for a few days with no damage! I rejected the offer and paid to get it back. When checking the status of my order I found they went ahead and recycled phone. I have contacted them at least 5 times and I have still recieved no word back. My advice is never ever use this company!
