Company could do with contacting customer once order is made to say that items are in stock and that order is being processed.
And an email to say that order is being sent.
Instead of the only thing I know is that the City Link is delivering it that day.
Even my special request was ignored, as the delivery man did'nt even try one of my neighbours, and was in the process of getting back in his van when my neighbour asked if she could take the parcel on my behalf.
