Where do we start!!! The experience of this Company has been an absolute nightmare. We would be totally embarrassed to recommend Betta Living to anyone. Firstly the Sales Rep came out in Sept 12 we then signed for a new kitchen, about 3 weeks later a surveyor came after setting up his computer decided he was not qualified for the particular kitchen we had chosen so another 3 weeks later another came. At the point the sales rep came he didn't have any door handles that we really liked so he said he would get some out to us so we mentioned this to the surveyor and he asked us to look at some on the Internet but it was hard to imagine what they would look like so we asked him if he could send us a sample of one we quite liked another 4 weeks went by still no samples or phone call from him so I rang hi and he said your Husband said you were getting your own. I know that was a lie as my Husband had asked me to call him the evening before to chase them. Still no call to explain to us what was happening then a week or so later we had several phone calls from <private data removed> saying he needed to either go to my Husbands workplace or our home that evening to get forms signed in the meantime he rang my Husband who told him not to bother bringing anything to sign that he wouldn't be signing anything until handles were sorted. That evening he turned up at our home bringing a board with handles on we described the one we saw on the Internet which the surveyor had shown us and he said oh these are the only handles we do don't know where he's got that one from!!!!!!! So we chose another one from his selection and he promised faithfully he would order them the next day. The kitchen was delivered on 18th Jan and the fitters arrived on 28th when they started putting kitchen together they informed us NO HANDLES, no sink and no spotlights. Rang <private data removed> and asked what was happening he said oh I will get them sorted I said how long is it going to be the fitters will probably finish on Wednesday his words were well that doesn't stop them fitting them I think this comment is disgraceful how are you supposed to open the doors and drawers the sink and spot lights turned up on the 2nd day of fitting at 8pm still no sign of handles. When fitters had finished all what they could do we noticed most of the doors had flaws in them this is due to bad workmanship and no way are we prepared to keep them so about 7 doors have had to be re ordered how disgusting is this!!! I rang to discuss payment to fitters and spoke to a <private data removed> he said your doors have been ordered and I have also ordered your handles so what on earth had this <private data removed> been doing all these weeks all he was interested in was the form signing. We are absolutely disgusted with this service and have written to <private data removed> Bank with a view to suspending all payments until the job has been completed to our satisfaction if we do not get results soon then our Solicitor will be involved. We selected a top of the range kitchen it's a bad job the service doesn't live up to the same. It will be the 1st and last time we use this Company.
