I was keen to order after reading all the good reviews, however I was thoroughly disappointed with the service. I placed my order on a Saturday and didn't hear back for a couple of days that my order was out of stock. I had to email the company to hear that the frames needed to be ordered in. I think it was false advertising to say they where in stock on the website. Since placing my order it's been three weeks and I've been chasing the order to find out when it would be back in stock, now the company has just replied saying that they will process a refund as they're unsure. This means they've just been holding my money for 3 weeks. Everytime i email the company they take a good couple of working days to reply when all i want to know is the status of my order. I would avoid ordering from this company again. They need to Improve their customer service and email response time.
