I ordered a pair of Boots online and received them in good time. What I didn't do is read the returns policy and I was left stunned when I was told by the post office that I needed to pay £14.75 for track and trace as suggested on your website due to a returns delivery address in Sweden. So I have wasted £14.75 on a pair of boots that needed to be returned due to being too tight, something I cannot gauge by simply looking on a website. I even called my local Nottingham ecco store to see if I could return the boots there but was told that you are two separate businesses, regardless, in my eyes, you are one brand, one which I won't be ordering from again.
