I purchased a cossy on-line but they didn't have it in my size and stated they would have the item in stock beginning of march. Anyway I went ahead with the order and paid for it there and then but was a bit dubious about paying for something yet knowing that it would be a couple of months until I received the item,would my pending order get lost in the system? Swim shop kept me fully up to date with the order and informed me the item would be in stock end of Feb,however I was delighted to receive my cossy end of Jan with a note on the invoice apologising for delay. A very efficient and effective service.
