The shopping experience with Very has improved so much over the last couple of months. I can actually get into their on line catalogue now which I couldn't before. That makes things like checking my account, making payments, checking deliveries etc so much easier. I used to have to make a trip to a computer shop. Also the deliveries seem to be so much better lately, Reliable, on time and good communication from the delivery company, I have not had reason to contact the offices lately but I would hope that they have also improved, accordingly. I did find communication with the company hard and expensive. I now feel much more confident about dealing with the Very company,, but come on guys and give us a free phone number for when something does go wrong, I am hopeful that wont be Very often these days.
