good service but lack of common sense
only one order: speaker stands... 3 parts was cosmetically damaged so i asked for reasonable refund as i had stands already placed and filled up with sand. instead they send me replacement without charge. I mean: they did a great job but in final count they spend more money and energy. thats it.
its not really a fault, just lack of common sense.
However, they have act fast. good service.
I would buy from them without doubt any time again

great service, 4 years warranty, good prices, fast delivery
I've been shopping at DV247 for few years and never had a problems. Customers service is polite and most important fact is, they know what you need to know. Certainly you can find better prices but not with 4 years warranty.
