The order arrived promptly but with one item missing. I was not informed explicitly that one of the items was out of stock and would be sent and charged for when it arrived. Other than this the goods were as described and speedily delivered. The help at the other end of the phone was friendly and overall I was pleased with the website and ease of purchase. I will definitely be using Naturesbest again unless something better comes along.

Firstly, please accept my apologies that you were not made aware of the situation with regards to the new Traditional Herbal Medicine Milk Thistle, our website should have notified you at the time of ordering and it should of been listed as "to follow" on your invoice.
Unfortunately, there has been a problem with the production of this new product which has caused a delay. In view of this, it will not be available for 7th February as expected. The new date for delivery is 26th February.
Due to new Traditional Herbal Legislation which came into force at the end of April 2011, we are unable to supply herbs not registered as a medicine until we have a license to do so.
