The company obviously rates customer service highly. My product was not available, but the company was able to offer me an alternative snow blower. Excellent service. Good communication bwteeen company and delivery service to ensure instructions for delivery were followed. Product does what it describes in the advert - blows snow. Would certainly consider using the company again.
