Ordered a heat lamp and 2 infra red bulbs for it for our dog. Unfortunately one of the bulbs had been damaged in transit and after explaining the situation to Wells they sent an almost immediate email response back apologising and sent a replacement bulb. The product were bought is great and the customer service we received was second to none, we would definitely recommend, thank you!
